Tenerife is a big island. We can’t cover the whole island. There are places out of reach due to logistics.
Our pick up area is concentrated in our work area. The southwest of Tenerife, from Los Gigantes to La Caleta including the area of Fañabe Costa. In the following image you can make yourself an idea of the area.
Our pick up range
-
Los Gigantes – Puerto Santiago – Playa la Arena – Alcalá – Playa San Juan – Callao Salvaje – Playa Paraiso – La Caleta – Fañabe Costa (Plaza del Duque)
-
North of the island (Buena Vista, Icod de los Vinos, Puerto de La cruz, etc…) San Eugenio, Las Americas, Los Cristianos.
Why don’t we pick up in Las Americas or Los Cristianos? We don’t do pick ups in this area because there is normally a lot of traffic. Making it difficult for us to schedule and to be on time for the trip.

Our transport is a Peugeot Traveller Business dark grey colour with a capacity for 8 clients, 9 passengers including the driver.
We have available a baby car seat and a booster seat, please request with your pick up.

Here are some good tips and tricks to have a great day at sea with us. A small guide to help you make your experience more enjoyable.
- Bring a towel, bathing suit and spare clothes to change into after swimming.
- Comfortable and breathable clothing, sometimes you may need a light jacket particularly for the sunset charters as they could get chilly.
- High SPF sunscreen protection, although the boat counts with a shaded area, the reflections from the sea means you will burn faster than normal.
- Sunglasses to protect us from a long time exposure to the sun.
- Your own snorkeling material if you have it

It’s important to rest the night before, without rest you are more prone to get sea sick, get a good night’s sleep before you come for your charter.
Avoid drinking alcohol the night before because alcohol dehydrates the body. If you drink alcohol, drink plenty of water to reduce dehydration and minimize the effects. You should be hydrated, but not full of liquids. You should eat something before the charter, it’s important not to be hungry.
Don’t eat fatty or acidic foods before sailing. Avoid having a heavy breakfast with food like bacon, fried eggs, sausages or acidic juices like orange. A good choice of fruit is apples, bananas, pears, grapes or melon. Bread, pastries, cereals and non-acidic juices like apple or pineapple are also good.

We enjoy a warm climate all year round as well as great conditions for sailing, but the conditions can change. In case we have to cancel one of our charters due to weather conditions, we will inform you immediately and look for another date. Or if you wish, we will give you a refund.
To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least a full 24 hours before the charter.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the charter or do not show up at the scheduled time, there is no refund (except with medical proof).
We understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control and in which there may be no notice. These exceptional situations will be studied individually.
