Any change by the client of his reservation must be made within 24 hours before the date of the reservation. Less than 24 hours before the date of the reservation, the amount will not be refunded except in cases of medical justification or force majeure. Each case will be studied individually, reserving the right not to refund the amount of the reservation.

6. The crew reserves the right of access to our boat in order to guarantee the safety of the passengers.
7. To be safe on our boat you need to be in a stable state of health (not in need of constant medical attention). Any serious health problems such as heart disease, severe diabetes or blood pressure problems can be greatly aggravated in a sea sickness situation and can put the health of the client at risk.
8. In our charters we normally offer a swim or snorkel at the cliffs of Los Gigantes, this part of the tour is not mandatory cause our main objective is the whale watching part. Sometimes due to safety conditions or changing weather conditions we may skip this part of the tour. Our clients will always be informed by the crew of this.
It is also required not to exceed a maximum weight that may reduce mobility as access to stairs and toilets requires normal functional mobility.
Any type of disability that may affect mobility will have to be consulted with us as our boat is not adapted for these cases.
In the case of pregnancy, we do not recommend that you attend our charters, as the risk of seasickness may be greater in this situation. In these cases it is best to consult our crew.
